    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Understanding specific needs of customers and Ideating personalised contextual messages to be sent to customers based on their product journey on internet banking. Conducting preliminary analysis to understand data patterns, relationships and distribution across use case. Ensuring the messages are tailored, non-intrusive and compliant with data regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, requirements and challenges with respect to contextual messaging.

  • I have learnt many new skills including sharpening my SQL skills, culture and alignment, Jira, organising team retrospective, customer value management and build of contextual messaging.
