Support & Guidance
I think this varies based on your account and which area of the company you work in, but personally I couldn't speak more highly of the support and guidance I have been given over the course of my time at EY. I am supported to continue my university studies and any projects which need to be completed and have also been given invaluable advice from senior colleagues as to available career paths.
Culture
Unparalleled - I genuinely feel that going to any other company will be a big shock for me due to the culture I found in both my account team and wider BCM team of being so supportive, flexible, friendly, intellectually stimulating and challenging. When interacting with other teams around the company I also found a friendly and inclusive culture, making it easy for projects and relationships to flow easily
