Overview
Lots of driving if you do not work at an airport. serving customers and ensuring that the correct documentation is seen regarding insurance customers.
Skills
I developed the existing skill of customer service. THIS IS A COMPANY WHERE ANY THING we can do for customers, we willl do. I ALSO learnt the skill of logistics and debt clearing
Responsibilities
Yes, I was the Branch claims manager - a new role which allows me to oversee the 'risk' side of the store including unclaimed damages and trying to get them repaired
Support & Guidance
NO much directly, but there are other people outside the ones you see everyday for help. I did not have any help with projects but internal tasks included support
Culture
The company culture is very much developing the people they already have within. It has a bigger picture of mentorship where anyone that you want can be your mentor.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it to a medium extent. when it comes to being branch specific, it would be a 3/5. The bigger picture, 4/5.

Please be selfish with your career. Ask for help when you need it and just throw your self in to harder tasks as it does build you.
