Overview
Checking in all different types of customers, from corporate to day-to-day customers, into vehicles, dealing with business accounts and maintaining relationships with them through meetings. Picking up and delivering vehicles, analyzing P&L statements and pointing out areas of improvement for the business. Managing strategies and liaising with our other branches to correctly see through our day to day business operations.
Skills
I have learnt how to properly communicate with people in meetings and present to others as well. Also learnt how businesses run on a day-to-day basis and what makes and breaks companies.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given a lot of freedom to run the day so that meant planning the tasks for others and sending them to other branches to collect vehicles.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance within the team and the area as a whole. If I had any queries then I'd always have someone that I could turn too to ask.
Culture
Very good, very family-like. Great atmosphere and incredibly welcoming.
Your Impressions
It was good experience, very character building and a unique experience as well.
Yes
Make sure you walk into the role open-minded and ready to learn because the experience is definitely worth it.
