Overview
Working within personal care product change team to aid the implementation of innovation projects within the personal care category, specifically deodorants. This involves on a day to day, participating in meetings, being a representative of supply chain, implementing tools etc.
Skills
I have developed my confidence massively as well as improving my communication skills. My digital skills have also increased greatly

A great amount of support from my line manager and everyone at the Leeds site.
