Overview
• Lead and conducted in depth analysis of business performance versus business goals. • Helped to build and lead teams of problem-solvers and managers. • Developed a business strategy to reduce the number of trucks/shipments to Unilever customers by adapting the DMAIC principle. • Leading the project, working along with different streams/departments like finance, customer experience & logistics to bring a positive change in the environment & company savings. • Been allocated a savings budget of £2.2M for 2023 & importantly will span for next 2-3 years to achieve the end goal of zero emission. • Exposure to HMRC governance of & controls by working on the Brexit policy of ‘Refunds Goods Relief’. • Utilised my data analytics & IT skills to build a Microsoft Power BI dashboard to track performance & drive improvement for the current & also the consecutive year. Aided senior leadership during the executive decision-making process by generating daily reports to recommend corrective actions and improvements. • Strengthened project flow by reviewing process data, developing solutions, and monitoring implementation. • Efficiently solved key client business problems and challenges by framing problems, developing a vision, and building a road map to deliver.
