Overview
The scheme was a 3 day internship and consisted of work shadowing, networking and completing any assigned written tasks.
Skills
As a result of the scheme I have expanded my knowledge of legal and commercial affairs and received a sound introduction into the banking department, as well as other departments. I was also able to hone my communication skills by speaking to numerous different people from different teams.
Business Insight
It was great to come into the office and speak face to face with a number of different employees at Latham, all with different roles and responsibilities. Therefore, I was able to better understand the firm’s culture, work ethic, and future opportunities.
Culture
Extremely welcoming, with a focus on ambition and collaborative teamwork.
