Overview
My internal IBM responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on the internal team portfolio including the commercial process from modelling and pricing different contract options through to contract signing. On the client side I was responsible for writing and distributing different forms of communications to 9000 colleagues, presenting at live events fortnightly to over 300 people and became the teams scrum master where I faciliatied daily meetings and ensured the team was making progress.
