Overview
Supporting a wide range of HR functions, covering EDI, Partnering, Talent, Performance and Pay and Perks.
Skills
Learnt so many skills across the years placement, due to the wide amount of opportunities that I have been offered.
Responsibilities
Given so much responsibility across the year, leading and supporting on numerous projects. Because Gymshark is still a young company there is plenty of space for you to make an impact and input your ideas.
Support & Guidance
Received so much support across the year from my managers, who were both amazing. Not only that but the guidance provided from my wider team was so helpful and people really pushed for my development.
Culture
Everyone really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The community feeling across my team, the student placement cohort and the wider business cannot be faulted.

Really showcase your enthusiasm towards the role and willingness to learn! Easier said than done, but try to stay as calm as possible on the assessment day, in order to bring your best self! Don't overthink things too much :)
