Overview
I facilitate ideation sessions and design thinking workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate creative ideas and innovative concepts. I focus on user-centered design, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of end-users. I create prototypes, conduct user testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback. Additionally, I collaborate with stakeholders, present ideas and concepts, and contribute to the overall innovation strategy of the organization.
Skills
In my role as an Innovation Designer at IBM, I have had the privilege of expanding and refining my skills in communication, design, collaboration, and Figma. Effective communication is essential in translating complex ideas into clear and compelling presentations, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and facilitating productive discussions. I have further developed my design skills by leveraging design thinking principles and utilizing tools like Figma to create visually appealing and user-centric prototypes. Collaboration has been a central aspect of my role, working closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, gather feedback, and iterate on designs. These experiences have provided invaluable opportunities to enhance my skills and contribute to impactful and innovative solutions
