Overview
Updating different financial trackers and handling the maintenance of contractors across the whole cluster. Specifically ensuring all SubContractors have punctually submitted time sheets to IBM and Supplier agency portals. As well as, cross checking the systems for inconsistencies and approving timesheets/expenses in-line with IBM travel policy, so that contractors receive prompt payments. Managing the HOP Sub contractor time sheet submission and quarterly furlough planning process. The mark of this role ensures IBM practices accurate billing and proper handing of its valued contractors.
