Overview
I build daily reports for the business and agencies, and I execute marking communications to the EMEA region.
Skills
Working in a team has been vital in my role as you are constantly working with your peers to meet deadlines, which also brings me to communication skills. Sending emails and communicating in the team calls has been very important and I've definitely developed those skills within my time in IBM
Responsibilities
Most of my roles came with much responsibility, for example the reports I build are used by many people in the business, and the scorecards I built were also vital for the keystake holders of the business.
Support & Guidance
There was always support and guidance, everyone in the team was happy to help with tasks that I didn't know how to execute. However, my role was quite lonely at times as most/all the team members were based in Romania, Spain, Germany and France.
Culture
The company culture was good, everyone is very friendly and keen to help you. The office atmosphere is nice, however if your team isn't based in your office then it can get boring.
Your Impressions
Overall, I do not regret at all joining IBM. The experience I've gained is invaluable and I recommend anyone who is looking for a placement to join IBM.
