Overview
I monitor non fault customers hires so they are in hire for the shortest time possible to mitigate losses from the TPI, this includes calling customers body shops insurance company's and more, providing a world class customer service
Skills
My communication skills have vastly improved as well as my customer service skills. Also there is a lot of problem solving involved on each claim I work as well as working as a team to reach targets
Responsibilities
Yes as I have the same responsibility as full time employees in the same role, and I am responsible for keeping the costs low for the TPIs and can lead to large amounts of money lost if I make mistakes
Support & Guidance
I received so much guidance at ERAC including almost a month of sessions with the other interns learning about the business as well as being heavily trained by my team and manager who will support me whenever im stuck
Culture
Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming, there seems to be no hostility in the business

I did enjoy the people and the flexibility at my placement, however I do find that the job its self is extremely repetitive and not very rewarding
