Overview
- Support BTS People Partner – GOAL OF DRIVING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT - Support in key process such as B-9 Promotions - Support in drive of people agenda for 2023 - Other half - Support BTS GP Lead - Management of BTS Calendar, operations and comms – eg newsletter – coordinate leadership meetings etc

Responsibilities
Yes - a lot of responsibility. Sending communications to 1,600 people regularly. Coordinating and managing regular meetings for Senior Leadership Team. Analysing performance data for promotion rounds, and being involved in key decision making meetings.

A really good amount - career coach provided me with several opportunities to learn and grow. Guidance on tasks i undertook, regular feedback on how i can improve.

Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement and feel that is has been so valuable in helping to grow both professionally but also personally. I enjoyed and looked forward to working everyday and will miss it a lot!
