Overview
Managing branch finances, everyday business operations and monitoring service quality.
Skills
Developed key business skills and gained confidence when selling products/services and dealing with difficult situations.
Responsibilities
Had good exposure in terms of dealing with big accounts and developing relationships with these.
Support & Guidance
Regular training, assigned mentor to monitor progress throughout the placement. Training roadmap.
Culture
Hard working but young culture. Opportunities to meet and network with other interns within the company.
Your Impressions
Hard work and difficult times but enjoyed the progression and exposure to the different head office departments.
