    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • I was given a Personal mentor in which i had a few meetings with to check in with and update on progress and any worries. In my area it was mandatory to complete the Out of Hours work. Days out and training days are very useful for moral and learning. Good communication and appraisal from heads of department. Good moral from staff. overall a good atmosphere can at times be stressful with unexpected bookings, quick turn arounds etc. big group days out present a good way to network with colleagues from all over the country.
