Overview
• Support Customer BIS investigations • Facilitate component replacement for claims through SOT’s and collate/track invoicing data. • Process customer warranty claims • Review and monitor internal corrective action analysis by other departments. • Produce monthly reports on BIS reports and warranty claims.
