Overview
Developed excellent communication and organizational skills through managing digital or print marketing literature availability to the global sales team, including company-owned and independent distributors and dealers, and global marketing organizations in different Cummins business units based internationally for trade shows, customer visits, events etc. o Consolidated reports, analyzed data from multiple sources and provided recommendations for over 500 literature items, led review meetings with stakeholders and completed all actions from projects at least one month ahead of schedule. o Delivered excellent customer service through being solution and process oriented. Utilized critical thinking and creativity to come up with new solutions applicable through its entire life cycle including leading collateral standards and playbook updates. o Liaised with key suppliers who partner with Cummins on marketing, printing, and asset management. o Utilized array of digital marketing tools, including an asset management system, marketing literature ordering systems, inventory databases, event product information app and project management software, including system integrations . o Involved in 3-6 impactful continuous improvement activities at any given time.
