Overview
Reviewing own label artwork to ensure each product gets launched on time Creating pack copies for own label products to ensure the products are legal and compliant Be a point of contact for customer labelling queries Provide support to the marketing team to ensure magazine and online recipes are correct Produce reports to make sure colleagues have the information they need to deliver product launches on time Set up and run sensory booths for colleagues to ensure products are up to quality standards Review products and check them alongside QAS document to inform any technical manager of any problems in quality To assist test coordinators in bench marking against other retailers
Skills
Yes, had the opportunity to increase my confidence, presentation skills. Also had the budget to complete different types of training which is very useful for after my placement.
Responsibilities
Yes got given a lot of responsibility in my core role, however there could have been more responsibility if I had led on my own project.
Support & Guidance
Received good amount of support - especially from people in my team
Culture
Great atmosphere, however hybrid working has made it harder to network and learn from others - especially at the beginning.
