Overview
i am and apprentice so i go round different areas of the company learning how it works and what happens in it, im also doing my HNC qualification.
Skills
yes ive learnt a lot about management, time keeping, and how the business runs and also what and how they build their engines and what they do.
Responsibilities
yes i had to follow all the procedures, with diversity equality and also time keeping.
Support & Guidance
i receive a lot of support by both college and work and get reviews every couple weeks, my mentors are always available to talk as well if i have any problems
Culture
it is a strict atmosphere with their procedures however the people are helpful and very kind.
Your Impressions
i really enjoyed it all the people i worked with helped me understand what area does what and why it does it i can walk away saying i know a lot more from the company now
Yes
i would make sure they know that the rules are strict however its an amazing place to work and really friendly.
