The Role
Had the most fantastic year ever and I am so thankful to GSK for giving me this oppourtunity!
I wasn't left out and my opinion was valued when making key decisions in the team.
My project supervisors were amazing, so supportive but I felt my manager could have taken a more active role in my project.
2/3 full with daily tasks, 1/3 for writing up/project work/meetings
Responsible for my project
This has increased my employability after my degree by 100% as everyone is looking for work experience now to set them apart from the crowd.
The Company
Everyone is really nice to each other and very supportive.
We didn't even get told we were contractors and working for SRG!!!!!!!!! We all assumed we were working for GSK.
As we were contractors we did not have personal development programmes.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Can be fast tracked through the grad scheme but the criteria is really hard!
The Culture
Active social life with both placement students and team members.
More expensive as GSK Worthing is along the south coast
Brighton = amazing!
Sports clubs catered more towards males - cricket, football etc
