  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Had the most fantastic year ever and I am so thankful to GSK for giving me this oppourtunity!

  • I wasn't left out and my opinion was valued when making key decisions in the team.

  • My project supervisors were amazing, so supportive but I felt my manager could have taken a more active role in my project.

  • 2/3 full with daily tasks, 1/3 for writing up/project work/meetings

  • Responsible for my project

  • This has increased my employability after my degree by 100% as everyone is looking for work experience now to set them apart from the crowd.

  • Everyone is really nice to each other and very supportive.

  • We didn't even get told we were contractors and working for SRG!!!!!!!!! We all assumed we were working for GSK.

  • As we were contractors we did not have personal development programmes.

  • Can be fast tracked through the grad scheme but the criteria is really hard!

  • Active social life with both placement students and team members.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • More expensive as GSK Worthing is along the south coast

  • Brighton = amazing!

  • Sports clubs catered more towards males - cricket,football etc
