Responsibilities
Yes, but it comes with time. You have to listen and learn to start with, and once you become comfortable you can start to request more and push your limits further so you know what you're capable of but also so you're aware how much more you need to develop to become better at your job.

I have received great support from the next gen program, from my line management, the wider business, my team and both my department.
Culture
Very accepting and welcoming of a new member. There was a great deal of help offered and provided. They to make sure I was involved, always learning and getting help wherever I required.
