Overview
Analsying reports and using data/Information to make price changes to try and sell flight seats, and hotels. Attending meetings with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities
You are given a lot of responsibility in the placement and do the same role as the executives who work along side you who are not placement. Although there is a lot of responsibility there is also a lot of guidance from managers and people around you so you are not completely on your own!
Support & Guidance
There was a lot of support through the placement, there is a 4 week training programme to begin and then you start trading your resorts. After your introduction, there is still constant support and development opportunities throughout the year.
Culture
TUI is a great place to work, everyone is so friendly and I have definitely made friends for life! It really is the people that make the job, everyone is always friendly and so asking questions is never daunting.
