Overview
Analysis of data sources. Communication of themes & trends with internal and external stakeholders. Survey program maintenance and Network support. Network & internal reporting of Voice of Customer themes & trends.

Responsibilities
Yes, I was given large levels of responsibility from the offset, producing director level documents, managing tasks and processes. Being given ownership of key responsibilities and processes. Being trusted to make decisions
Support & Guidance
Plenty, I have been mentored by a number of different managers who have each ben able to offer support and guidance where necessary
Culture
General atmosphere is very friendly and positive. People are open for collaboration and are more than willing to assist with work that sits outside of their main priorities. Social opportunities are huge, with regular social and charity events in many different forms
Your Impressions
Very enjoyable, due to a great team, interesting work and a generally positive workspace. Opportunities to work with a huge range of people, and visit intrnal and external partners in the UK and Europe
Yes
Ensure to be enthusiastic and be yourself in the application process. Managers are not looking to hire people that they would not want to work with every day so don't take yourself too seriously.
