Overview
Various activities from admin based work, such as; onboarding suppliers, organising meetings, and working with stakeholders, to much larger tasks with more responsibility such as, leading a procurement process known as a tender, working on negotiations with potential suppliers, receiving and marking suppliers bids.
Skills
I've learnt a lot in my placement, notable developing crucial technical skills like negotiation and contractual knowledge
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility, I have been running several project independently of fairly significant value
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of guidance, the team often ran specific learning workshops to go over key skills and constantly stepped up my workload to continue my development
Culture
A very relaxed and ethical climate, everyone is very friendly and puts you before your work

I've really enjoyed my placement, to the point where I am very keen to come back and have been exploring opportunities to complete a graduate scheme
