Overview
Coding / Modelling seeker behaviour in simulation - Lots of problem solving tasks on fairly difficult problems
Skills
Huge development to coding skills, presentation skills, problem solving skills - learnt more about Simulation platforms and how to use them competently
Responsibilities
Lots of tasks were given to me to work on individually (hence responsible for the immediate changes + work you do) - but also able to receive lots of help so you're never working completely solo on a project. Also although working on an individual piece solo, you're working towards a goal as a collective (so yes responsibility and no)
Support & Guidance
Lots
Culture
Hard working, but not too formal. 'Relaxed' environment (not stressful, but still lots of work getting done)
Your Impressions
Placement is good
Yes
lots of different opportunities at MBDA - you have lots of flexibility in the work that you choose to do, so lots of different areas to work in
