Overview
On a day to day I personally look into the viability of weapon systems and the future of those systems.
Skills
I have developed my excel skills a lot and i know that is opportunities to develop my coding skills if I wanted to.
Responsibilities
Not really it seems that I do alot of the basic tasks for others to build off of because I do not have the industry knowledge. This could also be because alot of the work that is done is either presented to or given to the stakeholders.
Support & Guidance
I have been given alot of information for me to learn about the industry but there was not alot of 1 on 1 learning at all which is understandable because of the work load of my colleagues.
Culture
It was very relaxed as long as I have done the work that they want me to do and be productive with my time it is very flexible around working from home and the hours that we work within.
Your Impressions
I have found the workplace to be a good learning experience of what I would hope the workplace is like after University.
Yes
To communicate with you TC or line manager about the work they want you to do and to just make sure to do the work but also have a good work/life balance which they do tell you to have.
