The Role
Pretty good, wasn't blown out of the water, but very good overall
Hit and miss really
Very very good most of the time
Peaks and troughs really, but when I was really busy, it wasn't something I couldn't manage, just stay a bit later that day to get things done, people notice that.
I project managed a few things which was good experience seeing things through from start to finish.
Everything I've learnt on my placement are skills for life!
The Company
A very vibrant place, albeit busy, but fun at the same time
Everything ran smooth from what I experienced, a few days wait to get everything sorted, security pass, computer set up. But I suppose you can't expect it as soon as you walk in.
I wasn't forced to do training courses, but the option is there if you wish, none of the training courses were relevant to my role as its very specialised.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Not sure the corporate world is right for me and my role
The Culture
Very good
Its London so you can kind of get an idea from that, you can get reasonable rent for housing with a bit of searching.
Not much going on in Brentford itself, but lots of places around and close by that are very vibrant
Quite alot, ranging from sports teams to volunteering.
