Overview
You wash cars, serve customers and call customers a day after they returned the vehicles that they hired. Very customer service oriented
Skills
Customer service skills have improved, business manners learnt
Responsibilities
You are given a lot of responsibilities, as you could be incharged of service calls, vehicle risks and maintaining relationships with garages and dealerships.
Support & Guidance
You have monthly meetings with your manager and if you’re stuck, your colleagues help you out a lot. Area manager is always around and will help you
Culture
It’s a very chatty friendly place, you have a lot of nights out after work and can go for lunches when you work well
