Overview
Servicing customers into their hire vehicles, trying to sell upgrades to customers on cars, driving different cars when doing deliveries and collections from corporate customers, chasing debts owed to to business,
Skills
Developed new marketing skills, customer service skills, learning how to deal with customers and adjust your self to different customers to always ensure they are completely satisfied with the service
Responsibilities
A lot, each month made captain of a different area of the business, from being fleet captain to cost controll captain to revenue captain
Support & Guidance
A lot of support, monthly 1-1’s with the branch manager to ensure I was happy with everything and areas I can improve on and what was going well, area manager visits on an almost weekly basis
Culture
Amazing, employee development is the main goal of the business as they believe it will make the business as successful as possible and they always help whenever help is needed and ensure a fantastic atmosphere within the company

Loved it! Learned so many different skills, made great friends and loved being rewarded financially for my hard work in the business

It is so much more than just renting cars, everyday is different and more amazing than the previous as you are constant learning news skills and doing different tasks that help grow the business while you are being rewarded financially for it and recognised by management
