Ensuring all users are trained to use the software Globally Aligned resources established Training material produced Tracking Kinaxis Usage through Logins , Resource usage per recommended frequency Updating Power BI Biweekly Maintaining user files and updating Regular connects with Markets to check Adoption. Work with Planners to drive usage Work with Development teams to improve scores Analyze data and reports Produce Insights and solutions Continuous improvement Rectify any technical issues Extraction of data for Manual Calculations
