Overview
Working on a variety of projects for a mixture of clients to deliver services that help companies identify fraud on their open books.
Skills
- Time management - SAS/Python - Working with project managers and clients to deliver to expectation - Communicating with clients - Fraud and Identity knowledge
Responsibilities
I was given multiple projects to work on throughout my placement, one of which involved restructuring one of the teams codebases which naturally is quite important.
Support & Guidance
The team was very supportive of me and my development, giving me plenty of opportunities to learn whilst offering 1 to 1 guidance. The company is supportive as a whole, offering plenty of knowledge talks and mental health guidance.
Culture
The company culture is very positive and diverse. Many different events/holidays are celebrated at the head office with official events. There are a selection of clubs to join.
Your Impressions
Whilst it was challenging, I really enjoyed my placement as I found working for Experian was a much less stressful experience than working for my previous employer. The level of support is honestly next level.
Yes
