Overview
The product support team takes on a variety of tasks from adjacent teams in Experian BI, these include: - Using SQL to query databases to find information in error investigations. - Creating and reactivating accounts for clients for API, and data analysis tools. - Closing accounts for notification products we provide for companies. - Creating reports for API usage and changes across client companies. - Triaging tickets to the teams that can best handle the requests. - Other Ad-hoc requests that other teams may request to support their workload.
Skills
I have learned to use SQL, Splunk and Tableau.
