Overview
Daily tasks include reply to technical emails from customers and using product knowledge to help customers come to a solution with their inquiry.
Skills
Learnt many skills : Presenting skills, Internal communications over teams or office, Product knowledge , Use of salesforce and SAP.
Responsibilities
Yes I was treated equally with my full time colleagues and given the same work load.
Support & Guidance
I received as much support as needed. If I had a question, there was no shame to ask for help with my colleagues.
Culture
Generally worked with a young team, so it was really easy to have conversations. Work culture feels like you can enjoy your time at work as long as your work is complete.
Your Impressions
I found my placement very enjoyable. Learnt so many skills and networked with many people.

Make sure your CV is not boring and long but concise and eye catching. In the interviews make sure you talk and take part in team activities. Smile !
