Overview
The insight involved workshops in a group as well as panels and speakers from various different groups primarily focussed on recruiting.
Skills
Developed skills around applying my existing technical knowledge to specific situations, and gained confidence in coding in a pair and in front of my mentor. I also gained awareness of leadership skills and started to consider questions that need to be answered in the behavioural section of an internship interview.
Business Insight
It was very helpful to understand the internship process and mentoring schemes and it helped provide more focus on my own future plans.
Culture
Company culture seemed very cohesive, very positive and supportive.

I enjoyed the workshops the most and the whole event was much more interesting than I predicted.
