Overview
On day 1 - we were welcomed with an introduction to life at Amazon where we heard from current employees and their experiences working in the company. We were then split into our individual groups and worked on multiple individual coding activities. On day 2 - we continued working with our groups on coding activities. This time we were working as a group and discussing our solutions with our mentor.
Skills
Yes - a lot of insight was gained on the recruitment and interviewing process at Amazon. Advice from current employees was also shared on how to prepare for job interviews. In our groups, our mentors helped a lot with how to approach the different coding activities given and how to work together as a team. We also had a chat about how our mentor works with his team (talking about performing sprints).

It was very informative and provided a lot of insight on the different job roles available.
Culture
Very warm and welcoming. The team was really supportive.
