Overview
Talks and many workshops about coding, specifically: - Debugging - Mock interview prep - DFS, BFS - requirements - OOP
Skills
Interview skills developed. Coding skills developed, especially with algorithms and data structures. Leadership principles and skills developed. Better understanding of what is required.
Business Insight
It reinforced my existing beliefs. I now have a better understanding of the opportunities available and the reality of work at Amazon.
Culture
An average atmosphere that could have had more energy, at no point did I feel inspired. But, was down to earth in terms of what to expect.
Your Impressions
The 2nd day was an improvement, the first day had too many people assigned to my group making it hard to contribute in time. Again, there could of been more energy.
