    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • Insight day included lots of presentations and detailed talks about Amazon. Learnt about Amazon's culture and their 19 leadership principles. Gained lots of knowledge on how to make a competitive application. Really enjoyed the mentorship session where we were put in small groups with an actual software engineer at Amazon. Did lots of challenging problems and mini projects in the workshops. Learnt some really great valuable information about the software development process specifically about how each decision has trade offs that you have to think about.
