The Role
Was given really challenging opportunities
Was relied upon regularly for important pieces of work
Had regular meetings on my work and team were available to talk at any time
I was very busy, but mainly through personal choice as I wanted to maximise my development
I was given some very high visibility projects and work was presented to Corporate VP level
Degree studies not so much, but will be invaluable in job applications and my future career
The Company
As fun as a Finance Office could be....
Fairly well organised, although sometimes felt a little out of touch with the organisers (nothing to do with my hiring managers)
The opportunities were given to do extra learning and I was fully supported through this
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
There are no current finance options within the company.
The Culture
There seemed to be a lot but I was not personally involved
I lived at home, and socialising cost is average.
Average.
There are lots of things available in Reading or only a short journey to London where there are endless opportunities.
