Overview
Insight introduced Amazon values, cultures and groups, as well as having multiple coding workshops with our mentors, where we programmed solutions to multiple challenges.
Skills
I developed my skill to describe and explain my code / thought process to others, as well as my ability to clarify any ambiguous problem statements when needed.
Business Insight
Understanding the scale of the business and all the potential roles was interesting. It showed that there will definitely be roles where I fit the best, and will be able to use my skills in the best way
Culture
Learning about their culture and general atmosphere was very easy from their talk about affinity groups, and it was clear that they welcomed all kinds of people, and were actively working hard towards including everyone in the work environment.

I enjoyed the insight very much, from meeting other like minded people to learning more about real programming in the software engineering industry

As learned from my insight experience, I would recommend them to think about leadership principles, and also clarify any ambguity before getting hands-on with the programming
