Overview
As an intern, I support the team with the monthly close process as well as support the coordination with third party service providers across 36 regions across the world. Some of my specific tasks include recording the monthly RSU expense, the corporate bonus for each employee as well as revenue transfers such as program fees.
Skills
I have improved my time management skills as well as developed my professionalism. I have also learnt a lot using excel as this is the main tool I use on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
I was given as much responsibility as every other team member and never felt less important despite being an intern.
Support & Guidance
My manager was very supportive, no matter how important my issue or work was he was always there to help. Even people from other teams gave support on how to succeed during my placement.
Culture
The culture fits with the values of the company, it is very evident from day-to-day work as well as social events that take place within the office. Everyone is very welcoming and always there to answer any questions that you may have.

I very much enjoyed my placement, I would very much recommend anyone considering a placement to apply at Hilton
