Overview
Running the day, managing fleet and supporting co workers. Can be more road focused with more driving and travelling or more office based and admin. Phone conversations.
Skills
Customer service. Phone conversations. More confidence in driving.
Responsibilities
From the first day there is lots of responsibility placed on yourself. Have to run the day and manage the fleet and be able to adapt when things go wrong due to the industry we work in (traffic, breakdowns etc)
Support & Guidance
Plenty of support and guidance from people from all aspects of the business. Your own personal mentor, your branch and assistant manager as well as everyone in the branch due to all starting at the same level.
Culture
Very positive atmosphere and everyone is friendly. Good support from everyone and always had someone to talk to and have a laugh with.

I enjoyed my placement thoroughly as well as the opportunities offered to me to the point where I am staying on at the business full time
