Overview
working in branch across multiple different business sectors. Working with customers , working as a team, developing skills. Delivering vehicles, processing reservations , selling extra products , growing the business , developing colleagues.
Skills
Yes many. I have developed vital skills which I will use a lot in the future . Such as communication with colleagues and employees , working as a team , handling complaints and difficult situations .
Responsibilities
Yes, a lot of responsibility. I continuously had to run the branch , help new colleagues learn and also make important decisions which impact both the business as a whole and our team. It was good responsibility and helps you develop.
Support & Guidance
A lot. You get put on a training programme which you follow closely over the year. This helps you stay on track and also measure your learning . You also have support whenever you need it.
Culture
It was great. Working in Grimsby was a lot of fun. I would reccomend it. We often go on area/ branch nights out or meals after work. You build good relationships

Yeah I loved it . Would recommend it to anyone . I’m looking forward to going back after I finish university.
