Overview
Document review for support documents. Analysing information and using engineering judgement. Working on soft skills and team building.

I have learned a lot of technical skills as well as improving my presentation skills with lots of practice.
Responsibilities
Yes. My work definitely contributed to our team milestones and I continually had targets to meet.
Support & Guidance
The team was always happy to help and answer any questions I had. They walked me through step by step each task I had to do and were on hand for any further queries.
Culture
The culture and atmosphere was great. I really enjoyed working with everyone in my team and wider.
Your Impressions
I am really grateful for being given the opportunity to complete my placement at BAE. The practical skills I have learned go beyond what I would have learned from a year at university and I’m excited to return and continue that learning
