Overview
Support on operational tasks – including, supporting new joiners with onboarding, finance-related tasks e.g. APR validation, U-Pro, etc. Liaise closely with the HR Talent Partner's and Hiring Managers to support with recruitment for any Global Home Care vacancies and ensure recruitment is operating smoothly and to mitigate any challenges that arise. Support HR Learning side of things with learning initiatives e.g. Clean Future upskilling, raising POs on Coupa, planning the learning agenda for the year and managing the budget

I have greatly developed my communication skills and being able to manage stakeholders and maintain standards and meet expectations. I have expanded by Business Acumen and strategic thinking through working with Senior leaders and discussing talent management and effective leadership principals
