I was given a large amount of involvement in multiple projects. I was lucky enough for feel like I added value in all of the tasks I was assigned, and this made my role much more gratifying

I felt like a received sufficient support on my placement, and I was able to comfortably express any concerns when I had them.
Culture
The culture was very inclusive and collaborative, and it made my experience far more enjoyable.
