Overview
Social listening across web channels using the customer experience platform Sprinklr. Building reports to tell stories and highlight current situations, customer feedback and main pain points in repair and eStore experience.
Skills
Developed my time management skills, presenting, problem-solving, decision-making, communication and collaboration, teamwork and many more.
Responsibilities
Responsible for risk management and bring to light potential issues and monitoring statuses. Heavily relied on for reporting and highlighting main issues to help aid decision-making process.
Support & Guidance
Had regular catch-ups with my line manage which allowed me to reflect on my skills development, what I was doing well and how I can improve.
