The Role
Great place to work. Great job role, great community and fantastic development opportunities.
Really welcoming and supportive.
Management are excellent. Any developing opportunity or extra curricular activity I wanted to be involved in they supported 100%.
Just the right amount of work.
The amount of responsability you are given is quite high, especially as the year progresses, although you always have a supportive network around you.
The skills I have developed, especially the interpersonal skills will stick with me for the rest of my life.

I would love to be able to return to Microsoft on their MACH scheme. After such a great intern year I'm really looking forward to coming back to such a great company!
The Culture
Due to the Reading university being near by the town is thriving, plenty of night life and evening activites to enjoy.
In comparison to alot of places Reading is really good, the only problem for me was that I was comparing it to my hometown (London) and university (Manchester).
There were vast amounts of opportunities to get involved with activites/clubs/projects outside of your day job.
