From the start of my placement i felt very welcome and respected in the team. I was started off with some easy tasks to help me learn the process and once i was more familiar i was given meaningful work and given equal opportunities to an employee who may have been here 10 years.
Support & Guidance
My team members were very supportive during my placement My manager held weekly 1:1 sessions with me where I could discuss work or just a general catch up. The first month of my placement I had a 'Buddy' who was able to help train me
Culture
The company atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. The company often holds free events such as world happiness day where we got free cake to a summer BBQ. There are no strict hours so you can come and go as you please provided you do your hours for the week.
