Overview
The role involves interpreting balance sheets, accurately updating Excel spreadsheets, creating schedules and timetables for auditors to carry out and follow, creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting in front of key figures within the business. Personal and communication skills are essential as my team interact with individuals across the business in a variety of divisions.

Responsibilities
Yes I was given a lot of responsibility and had a large amount of autonomy to complete tasks. Had leading roles in presentations to senior figures in the business.
Support & Guidance
I received support and guidance throughout the process as I worked closely with my line manager and the team - it was a small team therefore we all interacted on a regular basis so i was informed of all the business activities at all times
Culture
Positive and inclusive company culture - I was always included in team meetings even if it did not really concern my own work. Friendly people and easy to build rapports with other undergrads.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my internship very much as i was given adequate freedom throughout my time and i was tasked with carrying out meaningful work to ensure I was part of the team.
